Cleaning option: if you wish, a cleaning lady will come at the middle and at the end of week. Price:  100€.

Arriving on Saturday between 16h30 pm and 19h pm
 Leaving on Saturday, no later than 10 am

Payment of rent and deposits
 
50% in the week following reservations: it validates the reservation. 
50% outstanding 4 weeks before arrival. 

Cancellation
 
Between 89 and 50 days: 50% of rent deducted.
49 days or less: 100% of rent deducted.
